Because the Penumbra Collection includes Penumbra Overture, Black Plague, and the expansion Requiem, so they should be separated right?

Also I thought this game was deleted but was it put back up again or? http://www.gog.com/game/the_penumbra_collection

Yes, it's on the list of unbundled games. It will be split into three game boxes on the shelf.

The game returned to GOG with regional pricing.

As expected, The Penumbra Collection was unbundled today and separated into three stand-alone installers, one for each of the games.
