edfardos: In previous chapters I went back and played all the different story lines for fun. Are there any decisions in chapter three that lead to different scenes or parts of the story? I'm not so much concerned with new dialogs, but actual game play (like shitbot vs biolab work in chapter 1).

Yes and no. There aren't that many 'choices' in Book 3, there's not even a single "Balance has changed" – however, there is more consequence rendered for the choices from previous books. E.g. one central conversation at the beginning of Kian's part plays out rather differently with a different conversation partner depending on your choices, and you are constantly reminded of other choices you've made (with the latest patch, even the right ones :) ).
In any case, there still is a rather huge choice at the ending of the Book which I won't spoil. It remains to be seen how big the consequences will be.
Oh, and of course, the shitbot/kidbot decision from Book 1 also has clear cut consequences. :)
To my knowledge, none of those decisions and consequences affects gameplay/puzzles directly though. One puzzle involves a different character depending on choices, but works in the very same way.
