Raphael van Lierop writes on Twitter that version 1.16 "Rugged Sentinel" is coming to GOG next week.
I was expecting that.
Great to see a confirmation. Thanks for sharing. :D
Could this "next week" be tomorrow, pretty please?
That would be a possibility. I hope so. :D
I needed to replace my beloved G700s mouse and ordered a refurbished one just in time. I'm ready to play haha. :P

On twitter and in the official forums they's indeed stated that the update will arrive this week. Here are the sources:
Twitter: https://twitter.com/RaphLife/status/939211892685357056
TLD website: http://www.thelongdark.com/news/rugged-sentinel-update/
will believe it when I see it

and to see it I'll probably have to manually search instead of get notified
I'm seeing the Seven: The Days Long Gone devs be super communicative and prompt with their GOG updates

obviously TLD devs don't give much of a fuck about GOG

assholes
They updated PS and xbox instead of gog :(
They've stated they will release it alongside of the console updates and GOG has a 24 hour testing period so it can't take much longer. :D
Looking very much forward to try the new custom mode!

Update: I knew Hinterland wasn't going to disappoint us. Their communication is improving (it has to be said). :D
The Long Dark hotfix to version 119 (33943) on steam

I quote:
"Note for GOG Users: GOG has the Update to 1.19 as well, and is performing their own internal QA, which is typical procedure. As soon as they are complete, the Update will be live for you as well. When it is, you will be on full parity with every platform."

Normally I would be really upset about the lack of an update, but reading all the problems people are having with the game now on Steam... There are super weird bugs disappearing loot, houses resetting.

Even a case of linked houses.. The survivor in question set all his stuff in the house with the flag near the ice across from Quonoset for his base. He left and went looting went to another house in the town that had a flag as well and all his stuff from his base was setting there. He picked it up went back to his base and it was reset. He dropped a piece of wood on the floor as an experiment and went back to the other house with the flag. To find the wood in the exact same place as he left it in the other house. Sounds super wierd.

So I am all for waiting until they hotfix everything until all these weird bugs are gone. I don't want one of my runs with a bunch of supplies *One of which is in PV farm one of the biggest culprits* to be ruined by all my stuff disappearing. The last hotfix doesn't seem to have worked too well on the random resets.

It might be best for GOG to not release 1.19 in this state but to wait for another update from Hinterland.

Those glitches would actually freak me out and leave the house immediately.
I probably would think that NPC's would have been added without stating it in the changelog. xD
I understand you want to give us 1.19 version, but ... guys ... common... it has been 10 days since 1.16 release.
I am waiting SO BADLY for 1.19 update! Today I checked gog fot it countless times! ;)

Weird, I just came back from my work and expected to see the new 1.19 update here as GOG has a testing period of 24 hours.
Seems like they found something wrong?
