These green handrails on the stairs and siding the road don't seem to cast any shadows. I've noticed some simplified shadows on NPC's that don't necessarily represent what they're wearing, but I guess that was to help improve performance.

Ultra Preset with Water Shader set to modern and Anti-Aliasing set to high (I use the resolution scale of 165% as well with a base resolution of 1920x1080).

On another note, when eating food in the menu, the left-mouse button does not work to clear the notice after eating it, so I must press enter on the keyboard to clear it.

EDIT: There seems to be a few problems with missing shadows, like in Riverside for example the red fences are fine (well at a glance, I haven't really scruitinized it in depth), but I did notice that Gordan's Taco stand doesn't have any shadow for some reason. In addition while pretty minor, it was weird that in Dirke Memorial park the little trees don't cast the right shadows. I've also just gotten to Tharbad and once again noticed the missing fence shadows.

It may be worth mentioning a few other bugs I've come across (though they're not very detailed, so probably not useful):

-Command Battle Camera Mode 'Free Look (No Auto-Select)' still autoselects target (Field Target Auto-Select is off as well)

-Had a problem with unequipping then reequipping Van's Attack line quartz where it would not allow me to add or remove quartz until I talked to orbal engineer. In particular it was the first two quartz on the attack line which seemed to still be present until I saw the orbal engineer after which they suddenly became empty slots that could be reequipped again.

-In Old Town, in early chapters (probably Chapter 1), Natalia did a 'wall walk' outside General Store Newberry, that is the character got stuck in the walking animation while stuck against the wall.

-In Station Street, outside Edith Central Station, I've seen an NPC disappear into the wall while talking to that officer nearby and then walk out a bit later.

Probably the best way to report these bugs is to send an email to Durante's company. I don't think they check the gog forum.

I was hoping that there might of been at least someone keeping an eye on it as the steam forums seem decently active for the game...

I keep finding bugged shadows everywhere (especially fences). In the new attached picture, the fence stops rendering the shadow half-way; which looks pretty awful.

EDIT:Contacting PH3 did get a response, though no promises were given on whether it could be fixed. Thanks for the suggestion to email them; I wasn't sure whether it was the right thing to do, but I guess I was wrong about that.
