Well i dont know if should post this on the general section but when i try to contact the Gog support using the usual button it doesnt open the e-mail page but send me back to the previous one where you have to select the game... i've tried with some other games and the page works correctly for them.

That's probably because this game is no longer sold on GOG. Dunno if GOG provide support in this case. :I

As of now, it's not clear, whether this is a website glitch or GOG ceases support for games pulled from their catalog. I'm trying to clarify this. Meanwhile use this form http://www.gog.com/support/contact/general_website_questions and select "Problem type: other"
Unfortunately this form has a lower priority than the Technical Issue form, so it might take a bit longer until you receive an answer.

You can still make another Problem thread here in the subforum and see if the community can help you out.

thank you both.. i didnt realize that the game was out of the catalogue.. that might actually be the reason... (it's really strange i've bought it like 20 days ago) anyway i've sent a support ticket under the "site glitch" kind of problems so we'll know the answer soon hopefully..

It's confirmed by support, it's a bug and not on purpose. Of course they offer further support for games removed from the catalog.

This is the original statement on this topic:
... this is a known bug and we are going to repair it when our webdevs have the time for it. In the meantime, if you have problems with one of the games removed from the catalog, please choose some other game in the support section, but explicitly state in the message the title of the game you are actually writing about.
