I'm truing to install antibirth, but I can't. Tried everything. Every method from the web. Still nothing. Is there any way to install it?

Antibirth isn't on GOG. This dev/publisher treat GOG like dogshit, so don't ever expect antibirth to get here since the game we have isn't even up to date with patches.

As far as I know, all the content from Antibirth was officially adopted in Repentance, so it is available

But it's true that Nicalis treats GOG like dogshit regardless
