Help!!

If I delete save games in game or if I go to the saves on my HD and physically delete them the next time I start the game they are back. Why can't I delete saves??

Do you have cloud saves enabled in your gog galaxy settings?

I do not use GOG Galaxy - Playing offline installers only.

You are a genius - I had installed Galaxy and used it to update Baldur's Gate 3 while still playing it outside of Galaxy. It happens that Galaxy recognized my other installed GOG games and yes cloud saves must have been enabled by default. Thank you so much as this was driving me mad. I am able to delete now.
