Hello!
So I am trying to run the The Bard's Tale game from 2004 on current Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon. I have installed multiarch and the libs listed on the GOG page of the game. It still does not find one lib and throws this error:

user@computer:~/GOG Games/The Bards Tale$ bash start.sh
Running The Bard's Tale
./BardTale: error while loading shared libraries: libXinerama.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Well I tried installing the i386 version of this library, but apt throws me an error as bad operation. What can I do now? It is a Linux game and I want to play it with Linux.

Thanks in advance! :-)

edit: Okay, that must be the magic of linus or the gods of reinstall. I installed once again the list of libs from the gog store page. And it runs now. apt seems to have missed soemthing the last time around?

Is it playable? Do you have graphical glitches, like long shadows from the characters?

Yes it runs. No gfx glitches, that I have found. Though admittedly I have not played it much so far.

I actually do have those graphics glitches now (it was running fine some (longer) time ago): Characters cast huge black 'shadows' (unrendered areas).
Is this a known problem of the Linux version? Any cure?
