I'm not sure if it is meant to be this way but, when I use the zoom function the camera only moves about 1 foot which makes the function seem pointless.

It is not a big problem for me in playing but, I'm Just curious if it is a fault or not.

Yes, the minimalistic "zoom" function is meant to be this way and no bug, thus it's rather useless like you said.

Thank's for the link, I'm having good fun playing the game so far and the zoom or I should say the lack of, is no problem.
