can anyone help me?? im trying to play overseer but as it loads an error pops up. . i tried to change around the properties but it still just boots out and the error pops up. Any advice on this problem would be appreciated :(

Take a look into GOG's general advice for crashing:

im using windows vista 32 bit. and as it starts ti load the game just crashes and says overseer.exe stopped working.

Have you already tried the general crashing tips, especially installing DirectX9, Compatibility mode for Win XP and running the game as an Administrator? Also deactivate any anti-virus software for testing and update your graphic card's drivers.
