I just received an email update from BFG which says they've begun uploading the patch to Steam and GOG. According to the changelog, Italian subs are included.

On GOG I can't choose italian language yet, so I think it's on the way. Thanks for the info :)

GOG should have the patch already (assuming BFG didn't forget about them, Steam already updated its version).

Nope, I can't see any patch here, and only other languages are available.

I meant the GOG team :)
They are most likely packing the files with their installer, but unfortunately we are nearing the weekend so there is a chance the update will only go live on Monday :(

The PC version of the update is live and the Mac version is uploading as I type this :) and the Italian subs are there :)
