In the 'Pandora Directive.' Tex wakes up after being assaulted and searches the room. Found the book, the pawn shop receipt, scarf and photo of Malloy and the letter from David Wright.

So, you're missing the stuff in the table drawers then ?
Have you opened all the drawers ? first, second and fourth ?

In the Pandora directive, afte getting the note scrapes from Emily
after piecing the note together, it goes into inventory as 'scraps from Emily'. how do i get it into inventory as a completed note and not just as scraps?

When putting the note together if you put them in the correct spot they should snap in place. Did you make sure that all the pieces snapped into place properly?
