I bought the game "Tex Murphy Tesla Effect". The payment was processed. The game shows up in "My Account" but the download link for the game itself is missing. (See Screenshot attached

Anyone who experienced (and solved) this problem?

This worked for me as well (At least, the link is now there. Download in progress). Thank you. Still, I wonder why the other way won't work. Till now, I could download my games visiting the site using just www.gog.com and then MyAccount.

Guess I'll thank JudasIscariot as well and others - preordered game but waited until today (5/10) to download as I read there were some fixes, file size shrink etc. Took a bit of time to download and install and Dell Studio XPS runs a little hot while playing but NO problems in brininging it up and in gameplay. Did use link provided by Judaslscariot in thread to update my account for this game order before downloading so hard to tell who the credit goes to but thanks to whomever! Runnin' smooth and having fun with the game (just "seeing" the street, the office, previous haunts in widescreen non-pixalated is a great joy and the humor is still all TEX). Louie is better than ever. Thanks group.
