I had 48 gigs free when I downloaded Tessla Effect. Now I get a message that says that I don't have enough memory to install the game though even it's less than 16 gigs. In the install folder, there are eleven files that are almost 1.5 gigs each that say that they have something to do with setup, but they're not the installation file and they are all exactly the same size. What's the deal?

Those are data containers. Are you certain you have more than 16 GB empty when you start the install process?

When you start the installer, press the options button, does it have a green checkmark next to the free space amount?

If all else fails, if possible transfer the installation files to a USB or discs and try installing from there. Something might be preventing you from installing from your hard drive.

The 16GB is the game files, installation takes much more hard drive space, but then gives back most of it after installation. Interesting that installation is more than 48 gigs (16 + however many gigs is needed to install). If you can free up a bit more memory, you'd should be fine. Once the game is installed, you'll see that you'll have that extra memory back.
