I recently started playing Tex Murphy: A Tesla Effect and I'm liking the game a lot.

I love the song that plays around Rook's Pawn Shop. It is really haunting and perfectly captures the feeling of both future San Francisco and how Tex is feeling, having lost so much time and lost Chelsee (no spoilers please).

The title is easily found, it's "I'd Trade All of My Tomorrows for Just One Yesterday". But there are about a million versions of the song online (by a large number of artists) and I'm having trouble finding one that matches exactly. Plus, it seems like the creators of Tex have done some sort of distortion to the audio to make it sound even more melancholy.

I checked the soundtrack but this song isn't on it. Can anyone help me find or extract the version of the song used in the game? Thanks!

Found it. It's by Slim Whitman. Blows the other versions away.

The song right at home with the radio songs in Fallout 3. Thanks for the info ecamber. :)
