So the new tesela game has sucked me back into Tex's world! I'm currently replaying overseer. I've always played these games in entertainment mode because I dont really care about points, the story does it for me. However, in doing a little research I read unlike Overseer, gamer mode in Pandora Directive unlocked new locations and game content not available in entertainment mode, is that true? can anyone confirm what the new locations and game content is? I wasnt planning on replaying PD but if there is content I havent seen I just might.
The most notable additional location is the "fireball room" at the Mayan site, which you don't see in entertainment mode. You have to dodge fireballs while avoiding lava pools below. Some find this challenge annoying enough to want to avoid playing in the game player mode altogether.

In the Roswell base, you get into 3 labs in entertainment mode, but 4 labs in game player mode.

At Autotec, you need to go into a closet to get soap and water to make the floor slippery so the guard will fall down and pass out. You skip all that in entertainment mode.
help me! I'm struck in evidence room of Autotech. I can't find the button of degaussing machine! I tried many times and I didn't find it; please, can anyone help me?
help me, please. I'm struck in Pandora Directive, day 5 in evidence room of Autotech. I can't find the button of degaussing machine to open it and put objects in. I've tried so many times and I can't find it!

Look at the buttons closely. There are buttons for 0 to 9, enter, and open.

Huh, I played this years ago, always in gamer mode since I love challenge/puzzles, didn't realise this was skipped entirely - might have ALMOST been worth it. Still doubt I could have brought myself to do play in entertainment mode and miss out on the other goodies though...

I could be wrong, but I think there's another location that is only available in gamer mode. Unless that "shack in the forest" with that "film clip" (want to avoid spoilers here) is also available in entertainment mode...

That location features a small number of extra puzzles plus a "movie" of sorts. It's pretty-much a self-contained location and is only there for plot background, but it's pretty cool IMO.

If we're talking about the same thing ("Cabin"...I haven't played gamer mode) yes it is available in entertainment mode.

Yeah that's probably it. Not sure why I thought that was only in gamer mode...
