look in the help section in the game, movement by mouse & look up & down shift & ctrl
if the screen moves around too much just left click the mouse & movement will stop.

The graphics make it hard for me to see where i'm going, so maybe it'd be better for me to watch a lets play on youtube or read a walkthrough. Has anyone else struggled with it?

I haven't had troubles finding my way, then again I just follow the directions to the right coordinates from the navigation computer or turn on the autopilot if I feel that I don't want to fly myself.
