I didnt ask on the mail, but chances are it will most probably go on sale with a discount when they release the DLC

The Steam discount will be available until the 17th of December which is the end of this week, if I was you I'd wait until then and if it still hasnt appeared on GOG buy it on steam.

Yes, you can run the game without Steam in the background by just launching the .exe in the install directory, so its DRM-Free there as well.

SCAgent: Yes, you can run the game without Steam in the background by just launching the .exe in the install directory, so its DRM-Free there as well.

Sure, I'll send them another mail, honestly I dont understand why the delay even exists, cant be that hard to release the dlc on gog.
