I notice on Steam they release hotfix 1 & 2 for lighting & optimization will this come to GOG or does 1.060d already include them

It should be included. The Steam version Hotfix 2 was added December 16 and the GOG version was updated to 1.060d on December 21.

I was still having stutter/optimization problems on Bakersfield so I was thinking the Hot fixes never came

I was still having stutter/optimization problems on Bakersfield so I was thinking the Hot fixes never came
Bakersfield is a bit of an optimization disaster for me as well. It also happens to be one of my favorite levels in the game. I detailed it in my bug thread here at GOG. I also reported it to their support with links to my YouTube videos of the problems. Their support said they had forwarded it to the proper people. Hope we get a fix as the rest of the game runs fairly smooth.
