Can you transfer the save files from one computer to the next? If so, where are they located?

If this was answered in another topic, feel free to point me there.

I'm really chugging along on one PC but want to install it on a different one and not have to start over.

I don't see why there would e an issue transferring saves (as long as both games are patched and modded with the same patches/mods).

I'm on Win7, and my saves are located where I installed the game in Modules->ToEE->Save

*edit* But I have the Co8 modpack installed, so not sure if that changes any of the default locations.
