I was trying to level my characters to xp 1000 in order to level them to lvl 2 but only half of my party got the chance to level. The others are still level one even though they should be the next level. I'm currently using temple+ extra races and those characters that did level are those races. What do I need to do to fix It?

Thanks, I only have 3.5 player handbook on hand right. The three races are not in the book when I created the characters. Thanks for the help, because I thought It was cause by a glitch.

I don't have the rules or T+ available right now, but I think they allow Drow, Duergar and Planetouched. All of these need extra xp.
IIRC Planetouched are treated as one level higher, drow and duergar two levels higher than they actually are to determine the xp neded for leveling.
