I used Sleight of Hand at the exotic vendor in Nulb.
I succeded but neither got a new item in my inventory now got more coins.
What does Sleight of Hand give you ?

I think it should give a random item from the victims inventory, assuming the devs thought to put something to steal there, what they apparently seldom did.

I think I've succesfully used it to steal one magic orb back from the thief, but for nothing else.
Basically it's a useless skill...
