@Cattletech:
I start the game, go through the vignette, arrive in Hommlet, and when I try to talk to the prosperous farmer (the one in the house with the two daughters, first available house on the left, following the road due N), the game crashes on me. It didn't do this before Temple+. Any ideas?

Not getting a crash here, please send me a savegame so I can diagnose the problem. Also, which ToEE version are you using? (vanilla, Co8?)

You can upload to a file hosting service such as Wikisend or send it to templeplushelp@gmail.com .
It's okay, man, did a reinstall and the problem seems to have gone away by itself. That's weird.

---later edit---
No, no it didn't, I just alt-tabbed out of the game before the error appeared on screen. I use Co8. Sending you the save as we speak.

Are you sure you're using Co8? The save is incompatible with a Co8 installation, I could only get it running on the GoG version. Perhaps you didn't activate the module?

At any rate it looks like the crash was caused by a slanted inverted comma character used in the dialogue (which is only present in the GoG version BTW). Will be fixed next version (v1.0.8).

Speaking of v1.0.8, it will also feature high level Monk class abilities: Diamond Soul, Quivering Palm, Empty Body and Perfect Self.

Well, I installed Co8 in the same folder as the GoG version of ToEE... I ran the game using the Temple+ exe afterwards, never using the Co8 exe. Did I do anything wrong? In any case, thanks a bunch for taking a look, and I will defiently grab the next version when it's out! :D

You still need to run tfe-x (Co8 front end) once, to activate the Co8 module (it unpacks a whole bunch of files). However note that it will invalidate your current saves.

Also, Temple+ will update itself automatically :)
Thanks, man!

What if I don't want that?

Then just check the "Disable auto-updates" option in the configurator :)

Is it me, or Temple Plus is more of a launcher than a patch?

I say this because it looks like I need the setup file to actually launch the game with TemplePlus. Am I missing something?
After installing there should be a Temple+ shortcut in the Start Menu.

Heya, I just want to let you know that Windows Defender is throwing up Trojan warnings on the mod exe file. I attached a screen cap for you.

Looks like trying to install Temple+ while having Discord installed makes it shit itself because they use identically named app folders.

I'd give you a log but I can't post links or upload txt/log files.

If the log is 500K or less, you could rename it to have the extension of an image file and upload that. The receiver just has to rename it back (if using Windows) or simply open it with a text editor (if using Linux).
I'll do that now, thanks.
