I reconsidered Spugnoir's terms and I want to boot him. I can't find an option to kick him out and I don't want to send him to his death because my party is chaotic good. I'm playing on iron man.

I tried that just now. Thanks! That's so simple I'm actually embarrassed I didn't think about it before.

Just a tip: Ironman is bad, because there are certain crashes that can corrupt your game, and your session will be lost. Believe me, the last thing you want to do is get to the Fire Node, have a CTD, and suddenly you can't restart your Ironman session because the save file was corrupted.

Much better is to play normal mode and save manually (don't use quick-save either) and pretend it is Ironman.
