Dreamteam67: I think if you have a single Rogue sneak past the frogs, then enter the moathouse tower door, it "pulls" the rest of the party into the new area as well. I know this works once you get into the temple, as you can put the ring of invisibility on a single character and have that character sneak all the way down to level 4 and through the nodes, always "bringing" the rest of the party along when you enter a new area. The game is basically broken in that respect.
Makes it fun to join Darley or Kella into your lvl 1 party to help you clear the upper levels of the temple though ;)
Maybe, but before you can enter the door, you have a courtyard full of thugs to deal with. My first run, back when the game came out, obliged me to take on those frogs, because I traipsed through w/o sneaking.
When I re-bought the game through GOG and replayed that area, I put the whole party on "sneak", and they made it through the wooded path to the moathouse courtyard WITHOUT alerting those frogs.
So the real question is this: Did having the whole party on sneak keep those frogs from emerging from the water? If so, it certainly seems "useful", Jarmo!
