I went and dug up my CD copy of this game, but discovered it's already patched to patch 3. Can someone find me a link to help me turn it back to patch 2, so I can use the Circle of Eight mod?

So basically you want a link to patch 2 ?

You can get patch 2 from here

After the 5 second countdown if clicking on the file to download gives you an error or blank page, right click on it and choose 'save target as'.

you can follow this guide to downgrade your ToEE installation from patch 3 to patch 2. Hope it helps!
