Hi there,

it would be nice if you could not link to Steam-related DLLs - ie. CSteamworks and steam_api - when compiling the GOG version. The number of games released on GOG that still require Steam DLLs to run seems to increase lately, but that doesn't mean it makes any kind of sense (to me). And it shouldn't be too hard as the Steam stuff ought not to be called in this release anyway.
Otherwise an amazing little Rogue-like I spend way too much time with - thanks a lot!

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

The last word from the devs in the release thread was that Galaxy compatibility was "still coming" https://www.gog.com/forum/general/release_tangledeep_4e86b/page4.

They had a lot of straight-up bugs to smash on release, but maybe this will be a part of the upcoming patches. In theory, they would have to refactor the code so that the GOG and Steam parts would be self-contained and un-contaminated with each other, but idk if that's part of their plan, or if they're just going to add achievements, leave the code muddy, and call it a day. You could ask on the Discord forum and most likely get a quick answer to your question, even if they likely have a few other priorities at the moment.
