Don't worry I did the same thing just now.

I bought it for Christmas, I came to check to see if it was going to pre-load then didn't see a count down timer.

Then I came here to check the forum.

Probably some time in 2022. Can imagine they want to hurt their reputation even further.

The date was a placeholder ;) They made a update post in december which says that backers can play the beta soon - so my guess is 4/2022. Can't wait for it too! I really enjoyed the demo so far. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1598858095/system-shock/posts/3385696

It will be a shallow remake because the money people gave them is gone. So funds from other projects will be used . It will take forever. I'm so very pissed about this but hang on hoping I'm wrong.
