Winterfury: Unfortunately, you can't get subtitles for the intro. As for the in-game subtitles, they are available, you just have to turn them on. While in game, press Esc, click on Audio then continue clicking on Audio Options until it says Messages Both. There's a noticeable difference between the text and the speech though, if you're not happy about them being out of sync, you might want to install this mod.
