Is there a way to invert the mouslook and will the german speechfiles added later or can I use them from my original copy? And if so, how?
Also the classic version is bigger than the enhanced? 350mb to 93mb?

To invert mouse y axis you need to open controls.cfg file located in game folder and change mlook_vsens to negative value (from 30 to -30 for example)

The Enhanced Edition includes speech files for all three languages now so all you'll need to to is just install, play, and change to your preferred language within the game :)

yup, the download is now 184MB, that sounds about right. will check when I get back from work to make sure everything runs fine.
