Good game, but I have a rather annoying issue, when it scans thru the full (or even half) of my music folder, it suddenly crashes.. Maybe my music collection is a bit to big? ;)

Songs are on a networked drive set to Y:\

Second, One that really annoys me, I got a few (probably quite a lot) of Japanese Albums, their names show up as blank boxes.

Annyone else have these issues?
I have the same issue, but I have not even been able to start the game.
It starts to scan before I can choose what Music I want to use.
Right after you click that last message it starts to scan then crashes.
I got an incompatibility message during one of the many times trying to re install the game.

Hey guys,
We're working on a fix for this. Try scanning folders with smaller amounts of music to see if you can play the game. Sorry!!

I was having a crash during this, turns out the game was choking on a .wav file encoded in PCM24

Hey there! Hmmm, we tested out most of the files types. Could you send me a private message about this?

Just saying Thanks for keeping an eye out here for what we posts, looks forward to being able to have it scan my whole collection, and not just a part. ;)

Hey, we fixed a crash where songs had ## in their tags or file names. I know it's annoying, but do you have a way of searching for those?

Either way, we'll be sending an update soon...

Hi there, in the course of writing the PM I found out that the 24bit .wav file is a 24bit .aiff in disguise, which is what was causing the problem, once I change the file extension Symphony is quite happy with it.

Ha ha, like I said in the message, our AIFF reader appears to be more robust than the WAV reader. But this is going to change in the update :)

Hey Shadowdragoon, we DO have a limit to the total number of files (again, we save information on each song, so you can imagine how crazy the save games can get it we didn't have a limit!), so if you are hitting that, it SHOULD tell you...

Matt
I'm having the same problem - a DRM'ed wma file was tripping it up before, but after disabling wma import it got further. (it used to trip around 1800 songs, now it gets to about 3000...) I'll try to work out what file is causing it now.
