Hi, I am just on begining of Syberia 3, I have not working key and brochure of how to make it work :) (actually just after this I have got first save). When I im going out from interrogation room and immediately try to talk with guys playing chess, after sentence "...protocol is proof you are really sick", camera change on the other guy and there it freeze, but it freeze the way, he is waiting for someone. Even ESC working as pause, but I cant continue and I have to turn off game with alt+f4. I tried to cchange language and resolutiion, nothing worked. Did this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions how to remove this bug? THX :)

Oh no! I am encountering this exact same issue now in 2022 and I see that it has been happening since 2019! Clearly the issue is not Windows 11 as it did not even exist three years ago. Did anyone else on here have an Nvidia RTX graphics card too? Maybe that's a common thread? Not sure if you'll get this message, or remember the game, but are you saying that we can continue the game by not talking to those guys and doing something else instead? (I'm not asking for any game hints, just whether or not we can avoid the crash!)

I've just solved the issue by usink DXVK to run the game. It got past the buggy conversation with no problems.

the gist of it for Syberia 3 is that you need to place the d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll files from the DXVK latest release in the same folder as the game's .exe, and then run the game.
