I suspect the delay is caused by the fact that only Gold is available on Mac (not base, or Mind Games nor Pilgrim at this point). See here - http://steamcommunity.com/app/233700/discussions/0/540744936191398765/#c35220315891244810

The base game was removed from sale on Steam as well - it's only Gold and Pilgrim now - no idea how GOG would handle this.
But Gold is available on GOG and also the DLC Gold upgrade so I don't see a problem.

I actually came here to post that a Linux version is now on Steam, also only the Gold version. So the situation is probably the same for Mac (so no need to post a different thread really).

I'm sure GOG will get the missing versions, when is another question.

I'm still hoping to see the Mac version on here...

I have the base game on steam, but the gold edition and dlcs on here...
it's a great game to play on a laptop, and since I mostly use the laptop when traveling, steam gets crotchety (even in offline-mode.)

Kerberos reply makes me believe it's not coming any time soon, unfortunately: http://www.kerberos-productions.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=53402

Aaha, I get it now.
the steam version uses steamworks, and that's how it's Mac-able.
GOG version probably can't use steamworks... and making it Macompatible would take a lot more work.
