Hi guys! I wondered if anyone could explain how to create own server with this program. I tried few times - I checked my IP and port, but the error (about wrong IP) pops up.

Well the WON servers have been down for quite a long time now, and Swat3 did not have dedicated server files that I know of and I've played this game since launch. Everyone seems to use Tunngle to play via LAN together.

Post is about SWAT 4, seems odd to ask the question here since S4 is not on GoG.
