Hi guys - Hope you can help.

Running Windows 10 Pro x64 with an Nvidia card. I've copied the DLL's from the MS folder to my SWAT 3 folder along with dgVoodoo 2.51. First thing I noticed is that MSAA options don't seem to be available on the DirectX tab in dgvoodoo setup. The same applies when using 2.45.. odd.

This is with the latest Nvidia drivers for my 8600M GT.

I then configured 16-bit colour mode for all of my SWAT 3 .exe's. When launching SWAT 3, I get the following error.

'This application requires 16-bit color mode'. This seems to only happen when using dgvoodoo. If I delete those DLL's SWAT 3 launches successfully, however I suffer from the framerate issues.

WineD3D doesn't work atall for me. The process crashes straight away.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
I've managed to figure this one out. May help people who are having issues with dgvoodoo2 on older cards that do not support Directx 11.

The release that worked for me on an older Directx 11 card was dgVoodooWIP20_2.zip (Couldn't post the URL)

You'll notice this release now shows the output API and you can select your video card on the 'General' tab (These boxes were greyed out for me on dgvoodoo 2.51 or 2.45)

In order to get my framerate running smoothly with the Last Resort mod, I had to enable 'Fast video memory access' on the Directx tab.

For more details about this WIP build Google 'dgVoodoo 2 for DirectX 11'

Finally! - A working setup for older graphics cards which do not support Directx 11
Your video card only supports up to DirectX 10 I think?

I didn't even know the latest version of dgVoodoo only supported newer cards.

Yep - I'm using an older 8600M GT - which unfortunately doesn't seem to support the official release (Directx 11 hardware support only) The WIP builds work wonders.

Looks like dege is looking to release a new version for backwards compatibility
