On steam there is a cosmetic DLC called "Stellaris Dome Set" available. It seems to be only cosmetic, but nevertheless I can't find any trace of it on GOG.
Was it added in a patch for free (instead of Steam's 3,29€) or is it just not here?

It was originally a pre-order exclusive.

I have the Stellaris Domes set installed, but I do not have access to the oval domes. Unless I play through the mod editor map and activating a cheat to unlock all buildings.

How can I get to purchase oval domes through the crearive mode or any of the other play modes?

Oval domes require the "Multispiral Architecture" breakthrough to be researched before you can build them.

I found that out after I Placed my question. Nthe new question is how to get that break through to show up?
