All of my domes are interconnected with passages.
I have shuttles reserved specifically for colonists transport, sitting idle.
Every few minutes, a colonist, usually a child, will decide to take a walk from one side of the map to the other, and suffocate midway through.
This is made even more frustrating by the fact that the colonists are *walking by at least five different domes* in the time it takes them to suffocate, and yet they don't even try to enter one of them to refill their oxygen supply, preferring to die en route to theother side of the map.
This has been going on since launch. It's still not fixed.
Seriously.
