So I have built a very nice colony. Everything is in abundance, except skill. I have a Martian University in every dome. The colonists are all biorobots. Though, for some reason, they will not go to the university. I have over 150 jobs available that require specialization. I have over 100 biorobots that are unemployed. When the colonists were human, they had no trouble going to the university for training. The biorobots, on the other hand, seem to avoid that place like the plague. The domes are all within a few hexes of each other, are connected by passages, and have enough housing for the jobs in that dome.
Does anyone know why they would be avoiding going to the university? Or how to make them go to the university?
