Yeah, while I normally despise piracy I don't see any moral issues with downloading the game if GOG refuses to sell the DLC.
Took me two seconds to find a patched up version with the DLC included. Obviously I'm not gonna give any advice on where to find it.

Someone on Steam saw the CEO of Movie games post this on the offical Discord.
I'm not sure why the DLC didn't come out on time.
We received confirmation that it is ready, working properly, and the storefront is also ready.
As I am not able to contact the store over the weekend, we have to wait for Monday.
So yeah, looks like it's GOG mucking about.

That's an easy excuse.

Most games are release on the planed date on GOG, and even if it's not possible for the DLC, I already saw updates released on saturday or even on sunday. Even if there was truly a problem with GOG for the DLC, nothing would have prevented them to release the patch.
But we've got nothing, so I don't trust them. It is more than 3 weeks late and I doubt it's GOG fault.

Supposedly took longer than expected because it had to be region locked. I.E. Not for the Germans.

To buy it in germany, you need to aktivate VPN and put it into your Basket. Then you can deaktivate the VPN and pay it. It worked for me

Although it is still really odd that the dlc is not available while the base game is.
Whatever could have made the dlc "worse" than what was already in this game?

From what I recall, the DLC itself isn't censored, while the base game is.
