Does it come with the DLC or would you need to buy them separately?

It doesn't include any DLC. The very first part of the store page description tells you what you get.

Thank you for the answer. I did purchase it but not the DLC. I was really after Stronghold Crusader and thought I could try this afterwards. I've play the heck out of Stronghold and really loved it.
