Guys i "buy" stronghold HD and i instal it but when i click play, game didint start

Dame here, already tried compatibility mode on Win10 (tried with Win7 settings) and still not starting.

I had the same poblem. Another user has posted a solution (worked for me):
Nymes:
You have to activate Direct Play in the Legacy Features of Windows 10 in order to make Stronghold HD work. At least it does for me. Note that Windows 10 is not officially supported by GOG for Windows 10 (game page).
To activate Direct Play:
Go to Apps & Features in the Control Panel
Click on Programs and Features
Click on Activate/Deactivate Windwows Features on the left
Look for Legacy Components
Mark the checkbox for Direct Play
It should run now. The game then ran slowly on my machine, but I managed to work around it by setting compatibility to Windows 8, deactivating Fullscreen enhancements and running as admin.

Guys, the voices ingame are very quite - I cannot understand anything. But the rest works just fine.. Any solutions?

* Download DirectX 9.0c redistributable from June 2010 from Microsoft’s official website.
* Run directx_Jun2010_redist.exe.
* Follow the instructions on the screen. This setup will extract the necessary files to the folder of your choosing.
* Once the setup closes, open the folder to which you extracted the files.
* Run DXSETUP.exe as administrator and follow the instructions on the screen.
* Restart your computer.
* (Optional) Remove the folder with the extracted installation files if you wish to conserve space. This is perfectly harmless, as the files have been installed in the proper system folders.
