A while back, I purchased Stronghold Crusader 2 when GoG was running the promo that included Crusader HD with it. I don't see an option for getting Crusader HD... what am I missing?

In your library, select Crusader 2 and click "More", then Serial Keys. Then go to the Redeem Code link on the bottom of any GOG page and paste the key there.
