When i try to enter the game i get the message "The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application. I'am running win 10

This is a very common issue with games from that time, you should try Googling these things.

In the Control Panel (not Settings), go to Programs and Features -> Turn Windows Features On and Off. Open the Legacy Components section and tick DirectPlay.
