yah, that's how it goes with GoG though, patches are historically late.

is it GoG that controls the patches? or is it just the devs not uploading to GoG?
Hey everyone. I just scrolled through the Strafe twitter and saw them reply to someone regarding GOG getting patches in
the future. PixelTitan has stated that they are going to be rolling out the patches to the GOG version every 2 patches, instead of just 1.

So we're getting support, but it will be at a slightly slower pace.
With the first two patches being rolled into one, which they said they hope to have uploaded tomorrow (05/12/2017)

I included a screenshot of their reply as well.

I would assume that it primarily depends on how readily developers provide GOG with the patches. Apparently Steam has priority for PixelTitans. GOG will get patch rollouts every two Steam patches. I find that policy by PixelTitans a bit odd. But what do I know? Maybe that’s what GOG and PT agreed upon.

yeah, that's odd...but as long as we get them, I'm happy. I hate it when devs neglect gog for steam as it shows great dis-respect for the fans. "

Pixel titans doing this makes sense though, it's more convenient to give 2for1's and I imaging any LARGE patch we'll get hopefully around the same time.
This is very unpleasant...
Yeah, every 2 patches... Sigh, what bothers me the most is that this is so common with GOG games that nowadays you gotta do your research on devs and how they manage updates, and wonder if you are trading off DRM Free for actual support and patches.

This is hurting GOG greatly and I don't feel GOG is taking in the weight this actually carries. With more games coming into the store It's just getting worse.

It's probably not GOG deciding this, it might cost more to push updates frequently through GOG compared to Steam. I'd still rather no DRM, even though I'm a bit dissapointed we all have to wait.
Big Middle Finger to GOG again:
Patch 2:The Patchening is up for PC | MAC on steam. We are planning to roll this over to GOG tomorrow. Patch notes:

Or how another developer takes money and treat as *hit.

The second patch is out. Where is it, devs?
They now ignore messages on twitter about GOG. Ask for refund?
