Is anyone else missing the Federations soundtrack from the Stellaris Extras download?

I've downloaded the Stellaris Soundtrack from both Galaxy and the website, I figured they would both be the same and, in fact, both links are missing the soundtrack.

The albums that are there for me are:
Ancient Relic
Apocalypse
Distant Stars
Humanoids
Leviathans
MegaCorp
*Nemesis
The base game
Synthetic Dawn
Utopia

Nemesis came out after Federations, was Federations never included?

Here the same, stellaris_complete_ost.zip appears to be ... incomplete.
I never noticed this as I always install the OST DLC.

You can find Federations OST (FLAC and MP3) in "[game installation folder]/dlc/..."

I never noticed this as I always install the OST DLC.

You can find Federations OST (FLAC and MP3) in "[game installation folder]/dlc/..."
Those are ogg only it appears. Also, I just looked and Ancient Relics is only in mp3 form in the ost download. I really prefer flac, but I guess I'll have to make do! Thank you!

I think you haven't installed the full soundtrack DLC.

I don't mean the ZIP file in the "EXTRAS" section, but the executable (2 files for Windows) in the "DLC installers" section.

After doing that you'll find "[game installation folder]/dlc/dlc011_original_game_soundtrack" with flac and mp3 folders inside :)
