Gamesparks is a multiplayer platform owned by Amazon i.e, you play match play with it
but its not part of my Stellaris folder after the update so I would assume you have some 3rd party mod installed

Don't use Galaxy. Used the GOG stand alone.

well thats one mystery solved... it will be a bitch for the guys using linux too ;(
but the galaxy version doesn't have it & multiplayer works well there
