Hello, everyone!

I am having a problem where when I delete a save it comes back. I do not have auto-sync on and I am not logged into a Paradox account, just playing it normally. When I delete the save whether it is one by one or the entire pop they come back next time I load the game. I tried even deleting one pop manually and it came back as a broken game save so I deleted it and it came back again. I do not want to clear my full user cache cause I created a bunch of empires I want to keep but all these saves I don't need won't go away. Please help ;_;

Does anybody know how to delete saves permanently?

There has to be a way to delete saves forever other than wiping all your data. Deleting them in game and out is not working, some one help!!!

sounds like you have the online save option clicked and this puts your saves in the pops_filestorage saves folder instead of the normal saves folder... just delete them from there and they go away

note: if you want to wipe out a full save log then delete the pops_filestorage.index file... this keeps the save file but breaks the link to it so the game doesn't see it in the ui

and yes if you move a save game folder i.e, the empire name folder that the save file is inside should be moved as well from the online or normal save folders then you have back ups

Thank you! I deleted the pops_filestorage.in file and only the save I wanted to keep was there and now it made a new file, it's all working now! I was going crazy for days on this, thank you so much! :)
