Are keyboard and mouse controls the same? Or can you set it up the same as FL? Can you hit R and snap to closest enemy? Hit H for turret mode and swing around hit stuff like freelancer? Do the ships fly same way as freelancer with mouse? I keep seeing reviews saying this is like freelancer but seen this before on other games and it was nothing like freelancer other than bring a space sim.

No! The controls and fights are nothing like Freelancer.

The jobs, the upgrades and gameplay is. You can be a pirate, a paladin or something in between depending what factions you work for or piss off. There is a good/epic story to it as well.

p.s. especially everything around you scales to your level and you are forced to use large ships later on. Those large battleships are much slower and you merely command them.
