Hi,

is there anything known about the release date of 1.06?
Seems to be a smaller update, but I am allmost ready for marriage, and that seems to be the core of the new update:
Changelog:
Added unique dialogues for all spouses.
Spouses now leave the house on mondays.
Value of most animal products increased.
Holly is now poisonous.
Missing events problem shouldn't happen anymore.
Minor bug/grammar/graphics fixes.

Assuming ConcernedApe sent it to GoG not long after updating Steam, probably some time tomorrow. Just a guess tho. GoG has been pretty speedy about patching this game.

Also, for anyone interested, someone on Steam posted the (base) farm-animal price changes that were done.

So there's apparently another micro-patching on Steam this evening, because of a bug re: the marriage/spouses. They were leaving the house on certain days and ignoring anything in their way, by ... destroying whatever was in their way. Fences, chests, the like. I don't know how widespread that was (happened to all players or only a small portion of players) but that's a fairly big potential glitch. If the GoG 1.06 doesn't include this new fix, I may wait for version 1.07.

GoG-1.05 works just fine for me, and at the speed ConcernedApe is pushing out his main patches (vs. Steam hotfixes), I don't mind waiting another week or whatever, but thought I'd mention it here. :)

That sounds quite a serious bug.

I sent ConcernedApe a twitter asking about it, this morning. I don't know if he'll respond or even see it - I'm sure he's deluged with tweets all the time. I'll try asking a couple more times over the day, if nothing this morning.

Postscript: My guess is that the version number in-game would be different, if the patch is included. aka "1.06b" or "1.06c" , for example. But not 100% sure on that, so I'll keep trying to tweet. :)

I would say that it was more a "maybe" than "yes, I fixed".
He was unable to reproduce the bug in his computer.
Let's cross our fingers that he was able to squash the bug! :p

Well, it's yes that the GoG version has the hotfix included, but a not sure if the hotfix actually fixed it. lol.

...I still haven't married, actually, but I was considering it soon. I may put it off longer. Or backup my save more frequently. Heh

Wow the game is so much better with the zoom feature!
One of the most annoying things is the junk/fences/etc at the town, that act as obstacles.
Now with the zoom options, it's much easier to move in the town. And the game looks better in higher resolution (I'm not a big fan of giant pixels, like is the case in Lone Survivor*).

* = if you see screenshots of the game, you'll understand what I mean.
