Can it produce thunderstorms? If it can I'm just really unlucky. Each one uses a bit of resources and all I get is rain. I'm trying to summon a thunderstorm for my lightning rods...

I'm curious, though, so if you find out, let me know if it's possible to produce storms or not.
I checked the wiki page of the totem, but it didn't say if it was possible or not.

I can't remember my source, but I read somewhere that it only produces rain. Another one of those ambiguous items that is disadvantagous to the player to experiment with :/
